The Albatroz HotelThe Albatroz Hotel

Renovation Project

Since the '60s (when it opened for the first time with the name 'Estalagem Albatroz') the Hotel has been continuously renovating the historic building of the XIX century. Built by the Duke of Loulé, under the project of the architect Luis Pedro d'Ávila, in 1873, the Hotel Albatroz (former Palace of the Dukes of Loulé) was one of the first luxury villas built by the nobility families in Cascais in order to accompany the royal family during the summer.

Between neutral tones and marine elements, the main spaces are a combination of a luxurious atmosphere with vintage details, in the style of the Portuguese nobility while retaining its historic and refined architecture with the ambiance of a luxurious beach chalet.

Visit our renovated spaces and contemplate the wonderful landscape on the Atlantic Ocean - a true seaside retreat.
